What's IndiaAI?

IndiaAI is a community initiative to democratize, drive adoption and advance AI methods like Deep Learning. Deep Learning has received a great deal of attention due to its unreasonable effectiveness and its ability to scale. These recent advancements haven't been confined to labs or R&D units, but has derived its progress from collaborators of various backgrounds.

IndiaAI is a community that brings startups, academic research labs, large organizations, investors and enthusiasts in this realm of AI together to assess and experiment with the current state of technology while keep an eye on the future. A community perspective will enable us to observe the movement in the fundamental building blocks of AI and identify opportunities.

IndiaAI operates in multiple location in India - Bangalore, Bombay, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad. We use meetup groups to enable face to face gatherings, social media engagements to push news and updates and IRCs like Slack to keep in touch online. Each location will have an IndiaAI ambassadors who shall volunteer to maintain the local ecosystem. We have a culture code that we subscribe to serve the community.
